1- IT Service Management Tools and Reporting, including the analysis, implementation, and system administration; understanding and effective use of key performance indicators for managing service delivery; and the design and provisioning of self-service, ad-hoc, and standardized reports for management support, and operational and strategic planning.
2- Tracking the programming team’s work to ensure that all applications are completed on time and within the required specifications.
3- Pursuing IT security reports for all web-based applications and applying quality standards.
4- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
5- Handle the annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
6- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
